Just installed XP Pro on M1330...have a question

Hey guys, yesterday i installed xp pro sp2 on my laptop and removed vista. through reading many how to's and step-by-step's i found this to be a rather easy task...the hardest part was downloading the drivers.

my only question is that before i formatted and installed XP, following a tutorial i read online i changed a setting in my BIOS regarding my harddrive. i wish to switch back to SATA now but i am pretty sure i need a few drivers since XP does not have them already, where can i find these?

It's not JUST a few drivers, which is why you saw extensive guides for what was an easy task for you. Check out this guide: http://www.overclock.net/intel-motherboards/269993-how-enable-ahci-ncq-windows-2k.html

You will have to make some minor modifications (for your chipset) but the process is the same.
