Dude, there's a 25% coupon going around. Good luck with your system, should be great! BTW, the LOTRO is just an extended 14-day trial, you still need to buy the game if you want to play it.

I have no intentions of playing it..

Although whats up with this 25% off coupon? I heard of the fathers day 10% off refurbished on delloutlet but it didnt work on mine... Im assuming cause it was scratch-and-dent which causes it to be even cheaper..

So anyone know a coupon I can use for a scratch and dent? (Assuming I can call them after the orders already been made and apply it?)

good deal. I got pretty much the exact system. refurbished. I did get the 9cell battery. two things...your system may or maynot have the LOTRO. Mine did not. they said it was when they reinstalled the OS they wipe the HD and did not put it back. I complained. I had to talk 4 people. what you want to do is get to the outlet conflect resolution center. they credited me back $75 cuz it was not on the system. hell, it was not even something i wanted.
second.....I forgot what number two was........

Yea I've heard this story of the $75 credit, Im hoping they forget it :)

Also, my main concern is getting a rebate that still works for monday and calling em and trying to get em to attach the rebate.. even 10% off would make me very happy..

Edit: Also forgot to include the screen, only somewhat bummer bout the whole system (for me atleast) 15.4 WSXGA+ Laptop Screen, basic screen, no Xbrite or LED... Bummerz.

Speaking of screens, the only info about my screen was

    15.4 WSXGA+ Laptop Screen

so Im assuming I got the standard screen?

Not a deal breaker, but not hystatic... Can anyone validate if I did get the standard screen though?

yeah its not led lit. Led is only on 1440x900 resolutions. now that you know would you have rather gotten the led with lower resolution? Or are you satisfied with you current wsxga because led isn't offered for higher resolutions anyway?

Well you got a WSXGA+ screen... Not much else anyone can tell you from the information you included.

    What`s a standard screen?

i am guessing standard CCFL screens. I bought my xps m1530 with the same exact specs through epp except i paid $450 more than the price the op paid for his xps.

However, i did get the blue finish, LED screen, 250gb 7200rpm HDD and a 4yr warrenty w/ accidental damange care and a 120$ gift card

Well like I said Im bummed slightly about the screen, but then again I feel like I found a pretty good computer in outlet which isnt always easy to do..

Also I should be lowering my total cost by $120+ with a 10% off coupon someone generously gave me for the outlets, I just have to call when they're open tomarrow and have em attach it... Hurray rebates!
