L401x White screen problem.

I have a L401x latly the display would freeze and have some lines i could tap the screen and it would start working after a while it finally stopped working and would only show a white screen. i got a new video cable for it and replaced it the connection to the back of the screen looked a little bent on the old one so i was hopeful the new one would work but i got it all put back together lol but decided to leave the bevel off thank goodness cause when it was all put together im still getting the white screen and help would be so greatful.

I appreciate your efforts to fix this issue with the screen. The white screen could be due to LCD screen not working properly and it may need replacement. You will need to connect an external monitor to the HDMI port and check if it receives the signal when Windows loads the Desktop screen. The LCD can also be tested for its functionality by following the steps provided below:
1. Shutdown the system.
2. Press and Hold the "D" key and the press the "Power" button.
3. Release the keys after a few seconds and the screen should display color bands, if it is working properly.

i tried this and still just get a white screen.
