    L502X Skype and Webcam Problems

    Hi

    When i use the webcam with skype the image is always really zoomed in compared to when you view the image normally on the dell webcam central.

    I think the reason is that skype doesnt want to use the full resolution of the camera and instead picks up the 640*480 pixels in the middle of the image, rather than downscaling the full frame. The picture is indentical to if you chose that resolution on the 'capture' mode of the webcam central software

    In skype and all the other settings I'm sure i have selected 0 zoom.

    Anyone able to help, i'll be very grateful. It's irritating having to sit quite far from the laptop to get a decent skype picture.
