Quick question! Does the 1T Seagate SSHD (STBD1000400) fit into my L502x?
I know the slot and that drive are both 9,5mm height, but I want to be 100% sure I'm not buying something I can't use.
Feel free to give me reviews, critics or comments about that drive :p

If they are both 9.5mm 2.5" drives, it should work.

It appears the drive is 0.38in, which equals to approx. 9.6mm, so I am guessing it should fit in just fine. If money is not an issue, and you do not care much for the CD/DVD drive, you can opt-in buying a 2.5" SSD, a HDD caddy + HDD. Basically, the main operating system will reside on the SSD, and extra storage will be on the HDD. Nowadays, you can get a 2TB for less than a hundred dollars.
