Has anyone else had this problem? I just discovered a stuck pixel on my screen (this is my second screen... dell) and went to chat and it said chat lines unavailable. it said the same thing a week ago when I had a piece of dirt behind my screen.

Yeah, this has been a problem for me too. But is it just the XPS 15?

Its just so frustrating to talk with them on the phone. I had to repeat my service tag about 10 times before I gave up and gave my service code since it is all numbers

Yes I've had this same problem now, I don't think it's just for the XPS 15 though.
