    L502x shuts down by itself when connecting to HDMI.

    Do you guys have any idea what it could be?

    Just got the laptop today, I tried to test windows experience index but it just shutdown by itself. The same thing also happens when I connect a HDMI cable to TV.

    I have reinstalled OS and have the latest Nvidia driver. Dell support told me to run Diagnostics Custom Test which I did and there was no error.

    Any suggestions to what I can do?

    Never mind, just talked with Dell support and will get a new one though I'll have to wait 4 more weeks :(
