    anyone here successful in putting a panasonic uj-265 slot drive? my bluray dvd reader can't always eject (have to turn it upside down or on its side to unweigh the slot drive and get it to eject). with the cost of shipping (plus insurance) at my expense and not having a machine for however long it'll take dell to replace the drive under warranty, i'm considering just paying more and replace it myself but with a bluray writer.

    at least i'll still have a machine.
