    Hello

Getting rather frustrated at the AG coating on the L702X screen, it's not nice at all.

I see this mod for the Dell U2711:

I can only presume it should work the same for the 1080p screen in our XPS 17's?

Would love that nice glossy finish!

Has anyone done this? Dell is replacing my screen, but if the new one sucks like this chei mei does, I may have to do this. I read this forum at least three or four times a day as well as several other sites and it makes my eyes crazy after a while.

It works perfectly on the Dell U2711 So I might give it a go, looks pretty easy too...

    Wish me luck!
