    Hi all,

For a while I had been putting off dealing with the loose power cable issue. The dental pick fix didn't work, so figured it was time to get a replacement part for the DC jack.
Since it doesn't require soldering, I had no issue with disassembly and replacement. However - I was sent the wrong part twice for RMD72 and ended up with this one:

The screw hole is too low down compared to the original part, and the connector itself is different - however it's still a perfect fit and seems to be an improvement on the other.
If anyone replaces the DC jack and ends up with this part:

cut the screw hole completely and put a dab of superglue on the bottom - it still fits nicely and doesn't come loose after many attempts!

Just putting this out there incase anyone ends up in the same position.
