    As per the title... is it possible to get an LED screen (1920x1200) to replace the stand 1200p screen on the m1730's

    depending on the price, it may be a decent upgrade ....


    [also, on a side note, is the 1200p screen on the m1710/e1705 the same as the m1730?]

    unless my google and search skills have abandoned me; i can not find the answer :confused:

    I can't speak for the M1730 but I did it on my M1330. I also had to change the camera and the lid. It may or may not be easier on the 1730.
