    Hi,

This is Rajesh from Chennai-India. I have a Dell XPS L501X. It was bought in Malaysia direct from dell. It almost completed 11 months. But now i getting some issue on it. I am facing system struck/freeze issue for a few sec. This was more when a play video or music. the whole system will be hanged or struck for a few sec then it will be normal. this was happening frequently. So i have logged the call with DELL and they replaced cooling part and motherboard. But still the issue exists. I have also performed the system diagnosis for all the parts (HDD, RAM, etc). Here i didn't get any error code. I have done all the troubleshooting steps but no use  . So please anyone suggest me how can i rectify it.

    Regards,
    Rajesh

Install the latest video driver, and if that fails, reinstall Windows. This is most likely a software issue.

First, try doing clean install, it solves all your problems.
If problems persist try changing your HDD, if it passed diagnostics doesn't always mean it's perfect.

Do you hear a weird sound when the laptop freezes?
