It's from the Invoice date... usually a couple of days before delivery. So, your last date to return the laptop, no questions asked, would be around August 18th. Give or take a day.

In the UK it is 7 days after you receive the laptop that you have to return it no questions asked. This is under the Distance Selling Regulations we have in place here. Seems you get a bit longer over there in the US etc?

Yup its over already. Looks like you can't hop aboard the Montevina train if returning and possibly ordering a Montevina based laptop was part of your plan if you liked it enough. :)

Yes, the US gets a much longer 21 days.

I asked dell support and they said that there is up to 15% restocking fee... but tbh the guy sounded like he was making it up

basskiddanny said it was 7 days in UK

@bjarnia..... just say there was a problem and the laptopd oesnt fit ur needs.... dell usually would either
    1) take laptop back w/o any fees, free shipping back
    2) give u a credit($50-$100) to persuade u to keep the laptop
