    Hey guys,

My XPS is due on 4th August and in preperation I was wondering could somebody tell me the junk that comes on an XPS?

Does it have the Dell Network Assistant that used to come on Inspirons? Any other rubbish or a list of processes / services that Dell set to run that I really won't need?

I'd rather not do a full re-format and clean install if I can avoid it, but depends on how much junk is there.

If you want to avoid the reformat, check out Revo Uninstaller and run it with the advanced setting so that you will get rid of the registry files and other residual files associated with the junk. I used it on the Dell I have at work and it cleaned up quite nicely.

You should definately download CCleaner ... I've had it on my desktop for over a year and love it ... it does it all.
