    Looking for help with my video card drivers.

    Hello all, I am having a very frustrating issue here with my video card drivers. I currently have a Dell Studio XPS 1647 with an ATI 4670 video card. I have tried and tried to install new drivers for my card on numerous times to no avail. Currently my device manager is reporting that my driver date is from 7/30/2010 and the version is 8.753.5.0.

    I have had no problems in the past installing drivers for my desktops but this laptop has been a pain to install video card drivers. I have tried to follow the guides and steps that have been linked but it just seems the display driver won't install. If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it because it is very irritating to keep trying and be unsuccessful. Thanks all.

    Hoping someone out there has some idea what could be the problem? I hope I'm not going to be stuck with these old drivers forever.
