The last few days I've noticed my XPS 1640 laptop with the intel 5100 wireless card disconnects and reconnects every couple/few hours by itself....this isnt the router as none of my other devices d/c. I installed about 12 windows updates (since I dont have them on auto update) today and ever since then I noticed the connection would drop even more often and wouldnt reconnect to the internet unless i manually disconnected from the network and reconnect. I did a system restore to a point before the windows updates were installed and it still is doing this...does anyone else have major problems with this card? Yes I installed the newest network card drivers too...no avail.

    Thanks
