I've reinstalled my Vista 32 bit OS following the bloatware guide.

I've had a couple problems with AHCI. First is that I was not sure where in the BIOS to enable it before I started the installation process. I went through every item and no where could I find anything about enabling AHCI, or disabling ATA for that matter.

My second problem was that I could never find an AHCI driver to point to in step 7 of the bloatware guide. In the end I unchecked the "show drivers that will work for this hardware" (sic) button.

Has anyone installed AHCI with a 1210 and Vista 32bit and can help out?

Great that this board is so busy! That means though that my post has been buried! Anyone with a 1210 who has any experience with AHCI enabling or issues?

    Thanks again
