    One,

I've noticed media player just stopped opening up entirely.

    Two,

Theres some frame skipping when playing videos in DivX player..

    Three,

When typing fast I experience some crazy keyboard lag.. and its damn annoying.

    Any solutions?

    Thanks.

If you haven’t already done so, a clean installation to get rid of all the preinstalled crapware can always help speed things up. Or at least try to uninstall all the unnecessary trial and free ware, there was a guide for that somewhere but sorry, can't recall it now (please search for it).

Does it happen when running on battery? What is your power plan? could you also let us know your configuration ? CPU and RAM ?

Hey, yes it happens mostly on battery mode but also when plugged in.

I've done a completely clean install to remove the crappy **** it comes with and ive also tweaked vista quite a bit.

    It's 32 bit, my specs ate T9500 2.6ghz and 4gig ram.. shouldn't be lagging..

think it might be the video card playing up?
