I've had my M1330 for about a month and I just moved to a significantly warmer climate. Now when I lock my computer after using it for just a minute or two the keyboard freezes and I have to do a force reboot to be able to unlock my laptop. I always lock my laptop because my kitten likes to get up on my desk and I don't want her typing on my laptop. Is anyone else experiencing this problem (keyboard freezing when locked after a short period of use)? Anyone have suggestions on a solution? Could moving the computer to a state with over 100 degree weather be messing up the keyboard?

I would think this is due to a software issue. Do you have any programs running or anything running in the background when you lock the machine?
you could try to open task manager and close any unecessary processes/programs and then lock the machine to see if that makes unlocking any easier. I wouldn't think the ambient temp should affect this.
