I am trying to play IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles on a M1330.
I have a Saitek AV8R-01 joystick and CH Pro pedals. The LH USB port is powering a laptop cooler so I tried to connect them via a powered USB hub via the M1330's RH USB port. However, although the joystick works in Windows it tends not to be recognized by the IL-2 game once it starts.
The workaround is dispense with the hub and pedals and plug the joystick directly into the M1330.

Any idea why this is? Any workarounds?
(I think the M1330 actually has a lot of devices on USB... e.g. the Bluetooth module, fingerprint reader?. Does it perhaps have a daisychained series of USB hubs internally? - maybe the external ports are already not directly connected?)
