    M1330 XP MCE webcam issue

    I have successfully installed XP MCE and LOVE IT after running for about a month now. The issue: the wecam is recognized but does not actually work. I have tried both the new and old drivers - r173082.exe and R160323.EXE. When I check properties, both have a version of 1.3.2.6557. Any suggestions? I get the webcam icon in My Computer and when I double click it, it opens the Dell webcam console and the blue LED indictes that the webcam is ON, and there is no image and I cannot take a new picture etc.
