I know that quite a fair bit of m1330 users have tried the Zalman NC1000, considering how popular it is. I have a few questions.

    1. It doesn't seem to be doing much cooling with respect to the internal temps. Sure, the underside of the laptop is no longer scorching hot, but the cpu and gpu temps I get are still the same. I cleaned out my vents too. What could I be doing wrong?

    2. I was wondering if people place the notebook completely on the cooler, or slide it downwards and overhang. If I put it completely on the cooler, the HDD gets cooled, but the cooler holes don't hit the fans of the notebook!

    3. I've noticed the cooler has much higher airflow towards the front of the cooler, where its narrower. I'm considering sealing the front few rows of holes to force more air towards the back where the notebook heatsink is. Is this advisable?

I hope I can really make this work out. I've lifted the cooler a few inches off the table, I've turned on a tower fan to blow at the notebook to promote air circulation, I've even tried using the cooler the other way around(so the notebook fan hits the vents with more airflow.)

Perhaps the CM Infinite is a better choice...
