Hello, I'm trying to get the latest video driver from Intel, but I couldn't install it. It gives me a message saying something like the product compatibility is not verified for my system. How do I get the latest driver for my gm965 chipset?

After you install a DELL driver, it will stop you from upgrading to an intel driver The only way to stop is to get rid of the DELL driver completely. Take a look at this thread.

If you just read the installation instructions that come with the intel driver and follow these, they will install. Just follow them precisely and don't do any shortcut.

Hey, thanks. That's very helpful! Which method should I follow? Which one is safer? Uninstalling then iinstall or go to device manager and install manually?

if you want to install a clean driver with have rollback feature then you can uninstall the driver then install the new one
but i suggest you do the a upgrade
