A Dell tech came over today to replace my heatsink and fan because I had trouble playing games like Warcraft III that resulted in major overheating and lowered FPS. It seems the replacement has decreased the overheating and improved the graphics handling.
Just to let you guys know that Dell techs aren't as savage as some people say. I even had a nice conversation with him while he was fixing my laptop.

He's forcing you to say that, isn't he? Is he holding you hostage? If yes, phrase your reply in old English kennings. If no, answer in blank verse.

Everything will be alright. Trust me on this.

I don't know what you're trying to get at, but I'm just posting my experience on a good first impression. I will update later to see if this impression holds true.

lol he's just being funny cause most people have not so great experiences with dell techs, but theres bound to be a few of them that actually know what they are doing so thats great you got a knowledgeable one. Hopefully ur temps stay low... did u notice if the heat sink/fan looked different than the one he put in?
