This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I thought this would be of use to other users. I was trying to figure out why my remote was not working and I came up with a way to fix it. All you have to do is pull the negative contacts up and the positive contact out (just a little bit). This will make them touch the battery a little bit better.
