When my M1530 (running WinXP) resumes from Stand-By, the wireless card doesn't work. The system tray icon says there is a wireless connection, but running Ping in a command windows shows a hardware error.
I have a 1395 card, which works flawlessly otherwise.
This issue doesn't occur when I run Vista (separate hard drive I keep for warranty purposes).
I just purchased a 3945 card to try, just in case.

I find some info suggesting I'm not an isolated case, but I haven't found a fix. Turning off any power management on the card didn't improve the problem. Trying the latest drivers didn't fix it. Trying a different location/WLAN didn't change the behavior.

    Any ideas?
