Fair enough my hdd is only 5200rpm not 7k+ but 4gb ram and 2.4 intel core duo my FPS in WOW can drop to like 5 and thats with lowest gfx settings.

Beaware WOW has developed and a new add-on came out last year with better graphics...

I don't know what to do I love the portability of M1530 but the GFX side of things seems . I know its only a mid ranged gaming/performance laptop but its a shame you cannot upgrade it...

Anyone know any alterative laptops with like double gfx performance with same portability ... I guess Alienware is out of the question..

That's odd....I have played prototype on low, l4d in med-high, crysis low-med, cod4 and cod 5 in low-med and the 8600 works fine. I think you have a defect card. Is your computer hot when you play games? If so and if you are still under warranty contact dell and say some like your graphics card is extremely hot and they will replace your motherboard and heat sink.

WoW is not graphic intensive at all so you shouldn't be dipping that low on FPS. My guess is you have terrible drivers that are in need of updating.

Check your temperatures. Your GPU could be over heating and clocking itself down to the bare minimum to stop it from cooking. If your GPU is over 85*C at full load, that is what it'll be. Grab SpeedFan or HWMonitor and have a look. :)
