    Hi all,

Been a member of these forums for a while but more of a casual browser of the threads. I now have a problem that I'm hoping somebody may be able to help me with.

A have a XPS M1530 and have created a partition to install win 7 RC on. The laptop boots from the DVD and gives me the windows 7 install prompt. I press install but get a subsequent message stating that I need to load a driver (a required CD/DVD device driver is missing). It doesn't tell me what is missing and will not allow me to go any further in the installation process.

I have tried the search function but cannot find anything on this forum.

Any help offered will be appreciated.

Sorted it. Found on another forum a guy having same issues. He apparently resolved the issue by re-burning the Win 7 RC iso at a lower burn speed. I did the same and now have dual boot OS with vista and win 7.
