Last month on the 18th of October I sent my M1530 to the Depo so that they would exchange the led LCD (I had a lot of bleeding), and then I had to wait until the 9th of September to get it back just to find out that the laptop has a (1440x900 regular Samsung LCD), and so I called the tech support and they agreed to send me an Onsite Service tech after more than an hour of arguing. However when the tech arrived we found out that the top part of the laptop was exchanged so the led LCD didnt work, and now dell wants me to send the laptop to the depo. (What do u think I should do? )

    Send it back???

Or stay put with the samsung LCD?

because if the top part was exchanged and the led LCD won't work, and if u want only the led LCD and not the samsung LCD which u have now, I don't see any other option...

Ah ok... You could try but if its something done specifically in the factory or whatever, I wouldn't expect a onsite tech to do a great deal.. But of course, nothing wrong in trying :) good luck with that...

Else yeah send it back asap, so that at least u get ur next one asap... cheers.
