I am finally going to buy an XPS M1530 and I was wondering if there was absolutely any other coupon that I could use (besides the ones I have listed below, but even a 1% coupon will be very helpful).

    • $20 savings on everything that dell sells: 1F4NHMZ02SLW1V
    • Use coupon code VDN07FWDP03V0R at checkout to get 30% off the configured price of an XPS M1330 or XPS M1530 that's over $1699
    • Get a Dell preferred account 4% discount if from epp
    • Free Magellan 1400 GPS system normally $300
    • No interest for 12 months on all XPS systems
    • Free 3-5 day shipping

These are the specs that I need: (strict budget of $1550 including tax)

    XPS M1530 configuration:

i would recommend going with a 7200 RPM hard drive, since SSD still have a long way to go for them to be an important speed increase, everything else seems really nice ( including that BR drive) wow, you got some deal there, i dont think you can apply any more coupons without disabling ones that are already in there.

On a side note, if the SSD is of a quality brand and model, may be worth to sell and buy a standard 7.2k320. Great deal you have there overall.

Maybe I should sell it... its just that the 7200 RPM HD is to noisy... or so I hear. (and I am basically guaranteed to drop the laptop sometime in its 3-year life span, so an impact resistant drive would be nice). Also I plan on selling the magellan 1400 GPS that comes with it for another $150-$300. Forgot to mention that.

My only regret is I spent all day trying to find the code with the Magellan but I couldn't then I FINALLY found it, only after I had placed my order.

Like I posted in another of my threads, I'm waiting to talk to the sales staff to see if they will let me add the GPS. If not i'm going to think about canceling and reordering witht he GPS and the 30% coupon. Relatively same price plus I get a free GPS I can give someone as a gift for Christmas :)

I wouldn't bother calling to ask them to ask the gps. I would just cancel and reorder. If you call them first to ask to add it they'll just say that they can't and then make a note on your order that you'll try to cancel the order because you wanted to add the gps. this will make it harder for you to cancel it then.

I would order it online instead of calling. If you are going to use all of those coupons the sales rep is going to give you a hard time. remember they make commission, the more expensive your order the better it is for them.

The only problem is that I can only order it in Midnight Blue if I do it online (I would really perfer Tuxedo Black). Also it says that I cant combine 2 of the coupons that I have when I actually go to use it, but it says I can combine them in their discription, and only a dell rep can fix that. ANYONE KNOW THEIR PHONE # !!!!!!! PLEASE HELP 17 min left!!!

The GPS deal ends 12/3, if they can get my money back to me same day which I doubt I'll do it, otherwise I'll keep my order like it is. Just kicking myself because after searching...the freaking thing ended up being in my bookmarks

You have to call a dell rep if you want to combine all of the coupons. Also you dont get 20% off with the financing coupon, but you do get the $50 out of it. Ill tell you the rest later though, since I have to go.

I just tried calling dell, and I got no where. I spoke with a rep and he told me I could not combine all those coupons.

I would greatly appreciate it if you can provide the contact details of the rep you are working with? His name and extension and phone number..

You can email it to me at [email protected] or on here.. :-/

I have a promotional quote that I have open with them from yesterday (cybermonday) that will expire at 6pm today. They gaurantee the quotes they provide you with for 24 hours, BUT if I can get all these coupons working, it will be a better deal!

    PLEASE HELP ...

I actually know one of the dell reps there, so Ill give you his dell phone # once I get home today. (there is a possible chance that he might not do it to someone he doesn't know though, even if I tell him)

    Coupon VDN07FWDP03V0R 30% stopped working..

    When entered online it says:
We're sorry, the coupon code you have entered has already expired or has reached the maximum redemption limit.

    I know.....

Some coupons have a limit of how many times they can be used...

For example 500 people can use it to get a discount/promotion.. Perhaps that's what happened.

Sorry... He is actually not working right now, but he will be tomorrow (I would tell you his phone # but unfortunately it changes every day). So Ill post and tell you tomorrow.

bad... very bad. It turns out that I had the wrong phone # when I called (I needed to talk to a supervisor) and when I figured that out 45 minutes later the whole dell phone station was closed. :(
