I was wondering if anybody else's laptop does this:

Tempreature will start at 53, fan all quiet, and laptop will gradually go up to 64 over 15-20 minutes, then the fan kicks in for 2 minutes and brings the temperature back down to 53, and the process repeats until I shut the laptop down.

And that is from surfinh the internet. There are no other programs running exept the anti virus and default programs.

Yep. My system does exactly the same thing running on the A09 bios however with different temp ranges.

My fans will only kick in at 75 degrees and then lower the temp to 69degrees then switch off. After that this process keeps in repeating unless i load a game or movie or something else more intensive. Then the temps will lower much more till something like 58 or 54 degrees. However the max temp will still be 75 degrees.

I can't remember the last time I heard my fan come on. It rarely gets out of the mids 40s and low 50s. I am using a notebook cooler though, which might account for that.

mine is a bit moody.. at times it shows the same behavior as yours, sometimes the temp just stays at 55°C for half an hour, then slowly goes up to 60°, fan kicks in and take the temp down to 52-53, up to 55° and staying there for another half an hour..
