    Hi
I format my HD and instal XP but after XP instaled there was a problem and my laptop didn't run XP and at first of booting it restarted .
I found out that I must change the HARD DRIVE bus form SATA to IDE to boot the XP , now I instaled vista beside XP and vista couldn't use SATA too.

1)How could I change my HD to SATA ? attend that if i change the BIOS to SATA both OS wouldn't boot
2)If I must format and instal XP again , how could I manage for SATA ?

somebody said that you should add your SATA driver to your XP CD and then instal XP
How and where should I add my sata driver ?

please explain in detail and give a link for downloading HD SATA driver

    thanks
