    Greetings.

It seems that in winxp m1530, when set to minimal power management, still drains battery as if it were on balanced or high performance mode.

I've got dual boot on my m1530 between vista and xp (xp is the vortex red version). i have no idea why it does it, but i assume that it doesn't really switch it to minimal power management mode.

Do you have an idea of what the problem might be?

    Thanks in advance.

    p.s. i've a 9cell battery
