I have noticed that sometimes when I turn on my computer, the bluetooth adapter is not on. The icon in that is usually in the taskbar is missing and my bluetooth mouse won't work.
The strange thing is that the bluetooth light next to the power switch is lit. Also, when I go to control panel and launch the bluetooth control center, the check box for turn off the bluetooth adapter is not checked.
So I check the box, hit apply, and the light next to the power switch goes off. I then uncheck the box and hit apply, the light comes on, the icon goes into the task bar and my mouse starts working again.
Anyone else having this issue?

I use both a bluetooth mouse and kybd and usually the bluetooth icon is not active in my task bar. It is however lit up on the display panel. I do have moments when both of them will go unresponsive for about 30 secs but it's not too regularly.
I do have to ask though, just to be sure....have you synced up your mouse with the system yet? It should show listed under your peripherals in the device tab. Sure it's a simple thing but often people forget to do it. I just want to rule that out as your problem. -
I've been having a ton of problems with my bluetooth.

I just removed my bluetooth mouse and turned off bluetooth on my computer and the sleep, shutdown, hibernate problems all went away.
I'm waiting for SP1, hopefully that'll fix this problem
