    installed windows 7 ..

    i can use only one ear phone now ..

    when i connect two ear phones... only one work

    wht should i do tomake two ear phones work at the same time...

    did you install the audio drivers specifically from dell?

    sigmatel HD audio driver.. if not can u point me which driver i have to tinstall ?

    Open up the Sigmal Tel Audio control panel and make sure which ever jack not working for you is enabled to Headphone profile. To do this right click on to the Jack icon in STA control panel > device connected: Headphones
