Just checked the Dell Canada website and they now have an option for the T9500 on the M1530. It does cost an extra 450 though over the T7250 so it's kinda steep. Within the last day they've gone from having several T7000s to just the 7250/9500 available, makes me think more options are coming very very soon.

Edit: My bad guys, that's the 1330

Hmm, it's definitely not worth the steep price for that processor. For those considering Penryn, wait for the prices to go down or go for the 7250 (a great processor anyways) unless you absolutely need the extra processing power (for HD encoding or something).

But it's good news that they're starting to show up :)

LED display is also one of the options! They don't mention what resolution, I would assume it's WXGA... :(

With Montevina around the corner later this year, I'm not sure I'd warrant an upgrade to Penryn just yet.

But, then again, I'm not even on Santa Rosa!

Ok now I'm confused. Checked again and apparently they're unavailable.

Either Dell's going through some changes in their website or I've jumped the gun.

    Oops

Either I screwed up big time or something is messed with the site. I wanna say I didn't screw up but it was more likely the former. :D

Sorry to get your hopes up.

Heh, keep checking :D - I think Dell should be putting out an update for configs on the M1530 on Wed (when the offers end in the UK). Pure speculation of course!.
