Is it possible to get the Dell travel remote M09 to work on on the M1530? I have the M08 and that works but olny the buttons in common on the M09 work.

I can't get the MCE button to work or the standby.

If you look here, group 3 dont work or the i button.

i've installed the latest version of quickset for the 1530 but to no avail?

There is no software for this device to work so the commands are probably hard coded into the IR functionality / control chip. As such if the M09 was never supplied with the 1530 then I guess those extra buttons will never work. You could always try emailing dell to see if there is something else you could try...but I reckon not.
