Hey guys I have a quick question, I am debating on whether or not to return my M1530 for the 21 day satisfaction thing.
So, my questions are: Do I have to send my existing system back first?
And also what if the system they send me isn't as good? Can I keep the one I already have and send them the replacement back?

You can do that, send them back the worse of the two.
However, it has always been my experience that Dell will ship a refurb out to you. Sure, the techs say they send a new one...but then when you open the box it has a refurb sticker on it.
When a notebook has a problem out of the box, I always return it. Then start over, with a new return period (no, the 21 days does not refresh). -

In my position, what would you do? I don't really use the adaptive buttons since I have a remote control - and my resolution is 1900x1200 so the dead pixel is REALLY hard to see. I can see it because I am ultra-critical. -
M1530 with dead pixels, and adaptive touch buttons non functional - first 21 days.
