    I have the m1710 with the 7900gs card.
    Currently have dvi-hdmi connected to a monitor and vga to a tv.

    The 7900gs has a max of two outputs at the same time. To change from tv to the notebook screen its:
    Nvidia control panel->configure screens->unselect tv->select notebook

    Just wondered if there was something easier?

    Hi Jonpet,

    The key combination Fn + F8, is the short cut that is usually used to switch the display to any secondary display device. I doubt if there is any short cut that we can use with the 3 display set up (Laptop, Monitor and TV) you have. If we use the Fn + F8 combination, the display will switch to either Monitor or TV depending on what you have selected in the Nvidia control panel.

    I hope you find this information useful.

    Thanks & Regards,
