I have a M1730 with 87M SLI using 260.99 drivers. I already updated to the latest bios. My gpus heats up really high despite being new and used for couple of months.
No gaming at all and is used for normal internet and work stuff.
Any way to downclock or reduce the temp?
It idles 74 all the time.
With Cryo, it goes down to 69.
    Any suggestion?

Your thermal paste probably wore out. Better reapply it and fast mate before the cards burn themselves.
Also, check if the fans are working, because if the card idles at such insane temps i doubt those are working...at all.
