    M1730 How to install 64-bit Windows?

    hey folks, got my vista 64 bit disc from dell because they preinstalled the 32 bit version on it. how would i go about installing the 64 bit version of vista on here, would i just pop in the disc and install it or would i have to compile all the drivers for the m1730 as well,

    how do i know which drivers to get off dells website? i could use some help here

    Put disc in drive- restart computer - press f12 at DELL logo and select DVD boot.

    As for drivers just type your service tag in the Support section of DELL's site and it will show all available drivers for your system.
