It locked right up with the 2gb to.
My brother said it was going but he didnt know that it reboots right there.

I dont know what all of that means
and what came with it is

What is crcdisk.sys?? that is what it is hanging on
I try installing XP Pro SP2 and it says setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer -
I would say install the Crucial 4gb kit turn it on check your Bios under F2, see if it detect 4GB, reset all setting on the Bios to Default, save then do a fresh install of Vista agian by runing it with boot options, choose CD/DVD. Be asure to do a complete clean install, and hope that works! If not it could be due to a bad HDD.

I put the 4gb back in did a bios to defaults and it detects all 4gb and i am currently trying to do a reinstall
I got the 4gb back in and where i select what partition to install to i downloaded Sata drivers and loaded them onto a usb drive and it read them And from there it was all smooth
