My Xps m1730 has 2 cards of 9800m gt. Today, when I want to activate the Sli mode (I used to run it with single card), I go to Nvidia Control Panel, I don't see the Sli mode anywhere but onnly the PhysX GPU acceleration is (I have it enable). I feel weird, so I go ahead and check the Device manager, in display adapter, as usual, I saw 2 cards, but now just one.
I don't know why. I just updated the laptop's display through with the latest driver from Nvidia website. If it's the problem of the latest driver, how can I roll back if the Roll Back Driver option is not availble?

Hope these infomation is enough for you to hepl me!
    Thanks!

do a scan for new devices within the device manager and see if it pops up.

run the boot up buillt-in diags - F10/F12 (i forget) for the one-time boot menu, pick diags and run the video tests. if you get a fail, call dell if you have warranty support.

to roll back the driver, you use control panel | add-remove apps. and then you download "driver sweeper" and run it to make sure it's all uninstalled. then you reboot and run driver sweeper again to check/delete locked files and then you install the older driver.
