Normally when ive checked a service tag on the Dell site it lists the original spec that the customer ordered, can anyone tell me why this service tag is listing things like screws, heatsink, covers and various other small items that you don`t normally see listed. Normally a Service tag just gives you the spec, has this been in for numerous repairs ?
This hardly gives any spec apart from the processor.

i didnt see any screws and heatsink..
