    It looks legit, but I'd be careful. For someone to notice that it's "slower than it should be" means it must be pretty slow. Maybe reinstalling the O/S would help.

    I wouldn't go for a 20" anyway, unless you really want that. If you're only buying it to go on a desk, I'm about 99% sure you can a get a better equipped desktop for the same price.
