    Hey everybody,
I have a new xps 1530, had it for about three months. But recently, my labtop wont recognize the ac adapter at all. The adapter itself is fine, but when i try to use it charge my battery, or just turn on the computer, it wont work. I've even ordered a new adapter, but that didnt do anything.

    anybody know what to do?????

It is probably the system power socket. If the battery is not charging or if the computer won't run off the ac adapter, then that must be the problem. They may fix it or just replace the motherboard.
