This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Major price drops on the SXPS 1645?

    I have noticed that the configuration tool on the Dell website for the 1645 has made many upgrade options standard, but the prices have not gone up, resulting in an effective discount...

    Looks like the only display is the RGB display, looks like the first RAM option is 6GB and not 4GB.

    The system is at least $200 less than it was a couple weeks ago.

    Or - am I missing something?

    They might be trying to clear out current stock in time for i3 and i5 notebooks.
