I just want to clear things up.

    I have bought:

    Coverplan Expiry Date : 24/06/11
    Term : 3 YEARS

Now there is Manufacters Guarantee Expiry Date which is already expired.
I want to know what I'm insured from with the 3-YEAR plan.

And I'm expierencing some heat issues. I'm thinking of replacing the mobo, If I'm covered under it.
( And yes I have cleaned the fan, even applied new paste. I'm seriously thinking it's GPU failure. I mean few months back my max temperature was 69 Celsius after playing 2 hours of CoD4, now after 20 minutes it's 92 celsius according to CPUID hardware monitor and also Everest)

And about the support for my country which is not as it should be or as it was in Ireland where I bought the laptop. I feel that I will not be getting replacement soon, and I dont feel like being on the line for 2hours with some Indian (no racism) which ask's me stupid question's and doesn't understand and wastes my money

If your still under warranty, Dell should be able to replace your motherboard if it has any problems with it, same goes for the gpu. The technician usually comes to your doors to check it out.
