    it will work if your machine uses 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300)

kind of tough without more info from you

It will work, but check this RAM out. (Lower latency, and Lifetime Warranty)

I’ve been running the same RAM Andy recommended for about 6 months.

If you are on a budget, you can check-out the OCZ 2x2GB DDR2-800 ($60 after MIR).
I am under the impression that the frequency and the timings will downclock, providing similar figures and performance as compared to the G.Skill above.

The performance boost due to the lower latency will be more noticeable when running memory-intensive tasks.

I guess, you need the RAM mainly to multi-task (?), and not have to use the hard drive for cache....(The HDD is alot slower than RAM)
