    Hello,
I have 2x 1GB RAM modules atm, but I want to increase it.
1.Can I have one 1GB and one 2GB (total)? I read it's important in which slot you place higher one, is it true?
2.And what actual RAM modules I need to buy? On notebooks guide book, I read that my computer needs 667 MHz, but one guy said it's ok if I place 800Mhz. Is that true?
    3. Other than that it should be DDR2 and SO?I see some other specifications on e-shop, like PC2700,PC3200, PC6400.
    Cheers,
    Jovaras.

You will be alright to buy a new 2GB stick to upgrade to 3GB, however i would suggest just buying 667MHz speed RAM, because what is currently in the machine is 667MHz so effectivly your memory will only run as fast as the slowest stick. Really its just a waste of money, unless you bought 2x 2GB sticks upgrading to 4GB in total all of 800MHz.

My advice will be, just buy 667MHz, it realy isn't worth the extra money, even if you bought 2 new 800MHz RAM, you wouldn't really get much a performance difference anyway, so it really isn't worth it.
